Our principal place of business is in Panama City, Republic of Panama. We operate globally, serving clients in Latin America, North America, Europe, and beyond.

Payment information submitted when subscribing to a plan. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. FelicIA does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

2.3 Data From Third-Party Platforms

If your chatbot is deployed on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or other messaging platforms, conversation data exchanged through those channels may be collected and stored to provide and improve the Services. Such interactions are also subject to the privacy policies of the respective platform providers (e.g., Meta).

If you connect third-party tools (such as CRMs, calendar systems, or other integrations) to your chatbot, data shared through those integrations may be processed in accordance with this policy.

We use the information we collect to:

5. Data Retention and Platform Limitations
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill our legal obligations.
Regarding chatbot data specifically — including conversation logs, prompts, knowledge base content, and lead data — please note the following:

Chatbot data is stored on the infrastructure of our underlying platform provider. FelicIA does not operate independent servers for chatbot conversation storage.

You are solely responsible for exporting or backing up any chatbot data, conversation logs, or content you wish to retain. FelicIA recommends doing so regularly and prior to any cancellation or termination.

Upon account termination or subscription cancellation, access to your data may be restricted or permanently deleted in accordance with our platform provider's own retention policies. FelicIA cannot guarantee retrieval of data after account closure.

FelicIA will make reasonable efforts to assist with data access where technically possible, but accepts no liability for data loss following termination.
For website and platform usage data, we retain analytics and log data for up to 12 months unless a shorter retention period is required by law.
6. Third-Party Messaging Platforms
If your chatbot is deployed via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or similar platforms, please be aware that:

Those platforms have their own privacy policies and data practices that govern interactions occurring on their networks.

FelicIA is not responsible for the data practices of Meta or any other third-party platform.

By deploying a chatbot on these platforms, your end users' interactions are subject to both this Privacy Policy and the respective platform's terms.

Our website and platform may use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to:
